Authentic Irish Tweed

In our constant quest to find authentic and beautiful products for our crafters, we are pleased to offer Convent Irish Tweed.

This beautiful rustic yarn is sourced direct from an Irish mill. We wind it into 100g balls for ease of use and so you can cast on the minute you walk out of our shop.

The yarn is a luxurious blend of 70% Merino Lambswool and 30% Mohair, creating a unique combination of colour, weightless volume and soft handle in a DK/8ply Donegal yarn. Great colour range with a true tweed look and feel.

This is a great, good value, quality option for your special hand knit garments. 

100g balls for easy use. DK/8ply, 235 metres. Hand wash only.
