How long do orders take to deliver?

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt, usually it being the next day if received that night, provided we have the item in stock. We are finding that posting usually takes about 2 - 4 days to be received in Australia, depending on the time posted.

We try to ensure the website is current with stock available. Unfortunately, errors very occasionally occur. If we do not have your item immediately available, we will contact you and offer you a refund or other options.

We use prepaid satchels and provide the tracking number with your Fulfilment Confirmation. If you require other than standard Australia Post prepaid delivery, please let us know in the comments section of your order.

What is the postage cost?

We charge a standard $10 for items under 500g. This covers postage and a standard postage bag.

For items greater than 500g, the cost is as per Australia Post. We do not add a premium for packing and postage.

What about postage for international orders?

Many international rates are available on our website. If your country is not available, we will contact you with the postage rate and send you a Paypal request for postage costs.

As a standard, we use Economy Air. Note that this does not provide international tracking. If you wish to use a faster service or one with tracking, let us know and we will advise you of the costs.

What if I want to insure or pay special freight rates?

Let us know and we will do our best to arrange. We will send a Paypal request to you for any additional costs.

What if I don't receive my parcel?

Please let us know and we will lodge a query through Australia Post for you. Note that the seller's responsibility is to send the package. It is Australia Post's responsibility to deliver the package. If you want to cover the risk of any loss, it is necessary to take out insurance for your parcel yourself. Note, in some instances Australia Post will make a discretionary refund of $50 plus postage, in which case we will refund this to you or provide you with an equivalent shop credit. We will take all endeavours to track your parcel with Australia Post.

What if I want to order something specific from one of the specialist brands that you are not stocking?

We will do our best to order the yarn for you. Be mindful that these companies have minimum orders per colour/yarn type so you may need to purchase a number of yarns. Some companies also have a reasonably long wait time from order to delivery.
